Screen Capture
Full Display
Captures your entire screen including the menu bar and dock.
Best for:
- Full workflow demonstrations
- System-wide tutorials
- Maximum context capture
Settings:
- Resolution: Native display or scaled
- Include cursor: Yes/No
- Hide desktop icons: Yes/No
Window Capture
Captures a single application window.
Best for:
- Application-specific tutorials
- Clean, focused recordings
- Privacy (hides other windows)
Settings:
- Window selection: Choose from open windows
- Include window shadow: Yes/No
- Follow window resize: Yes/No
Display Selection
For multi-monitor setups:
- Select which display to capture
- Each display can be a separate stream
- Mix full display and window capture

Built-in Camera
Your Mac’s FaceTime camera:
- Always available

External Cameras

Camera Settings

Performance Tips
- Lower resolution uses less CPU
- HEVC codec is more efficient than H.264
- Use SSD storage for multiple streams
